What happens to the "next birthday" countdown if I was born on February 29?
In a non-leap year, the calculator's countdown rolls February 29 forward to March 1, since that date doesn't exist that year. In leap years, it counts down to the actual February 29.
Why might my "months" count seem off by one near month-end dates?
When the "as of" day-of-month is earlier than your birth day-of-month, the calculator borrows a month and adds the number of days in the previous month (28-31, depending on the month) to the day count — so the exact day total can vary slightly depending on which months are spanned.
